RaozanTV respects the rights of creators and expects its members to do the same. If you believe that material on the site infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will act on it promptly.
How to send a notice
Write to raozantv.com@gmail.com (subject: "Copyright notice") or use the Contact page, and include:
- Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The address (URL) of each video or page on RaozanTV that you want removed.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We remove or disable the material and tell the member who posted it. A member who believes the removal was a mistake may send a counter-notice with the same details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts. The material may be restored unless the person who sent the notice tells us that a court action has been filed.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are closed.
